Marina Martello, Italian Genealogist

The genealogist behind the library — professional Italian genealogy research, done where the records live.

President of Progenita, APG member, RootsTech speaker 2024 & 2025. The library retrieves, certifies and transcribes parish and civil records across Italy — and says plainly when an archive stays silent.

Want to understand how I work before we start? Read the Method — three real cases from Veneto, Friuli and Umbria that show what on-site research finds where online databases stop.

A page of proof, not a page of promise. You can read it in three minutes, and keep it for later.
